Led by Blox, assisted by Christine Moonbeam, and featuring some very exciting guests, this transformative experience combines lectures, generative discussions, hands-on workshops, introspective exercises, and group activities to help you uncover and refine your unique teaching/coaching style. Journeying from instructor to teacher to coach to mentor, you’ll explore the delicate art of guiding others in edge work while learning to harness your voice, elevate your teaching acuity, and build meaningful connections with your students. Beyond the technical and ‘soft’ skills of being an educator, we’ll also tackle the practical side of running a successful education business. We’ll help you identify your strengths, nurture areas of growth, and call forward the elements that make your coaching distinct and impactful.
